Mc Donalds!!! Is it worth it

Well how can I start...... Lets see the McDonald's menu huh delicious but is it
healthy???? Not at all. The McDonald's menu consists of 8 beef burgers off all sizes and
types and 5 types of chicken sandwiches, 1 Fish Burguer, Chicken Strips and Chicken Tenders, 5 different types of salads; 3 with chicken (grill or fryed), 1 small side salad (no chiken),
and a Fruit Salad. They also sell fruit yogurt, apple pies, apple wedges, cinamon buns, chocolate chip and oatmeal cookies, 2% milk and chocolate milk, normal and specialty coffee, and sodas of all kinds. Also bottles of water and juices. And how can we forguet the FRYES, and SHAKES also they have a bi variety of ice cream desserts, and a big choise of breakfast items including pancakes, eggs, hashbrowns; etc. Wow!!!! Lots of item to pick from... but wait a minute they also help us make our choises!!!!!! How?? They give us lots of options such as value meals wich are a combination of certain items. The dollar menu wich contains different items. And different types of promotions advertize everyday. I can also state that McDonald's have some of the cheapest prices in the fast food market. But why??? Have you ever wonder why is so cheap??? Is it
real food?? well this question is really treaky but I will tell you what I know based on my 5 years
experience as a manager in McDonalds. The food is real, is real beef and real chicken. This is prove. But why if is real beef and real chicken still cheap. Because the cows and chickens used to
massproduce for this fast food restaurant are pre treated with chemicals and substances to help them in diferent areas like faster grow, bigger size, mutations such as no headed cows, etc. Even thougt this substances are aproved their not necessary good for us. So McDonald's food is not
100% real. Not only that is not 100% real but also is not healthy. As we all know 94% of all
the items sold in this place contain highly amount of saturated fat and calories, also high amounts
of trans fat. Stuff that our body not only don't need but also gets hurt by.
